Renovations on our condo due to the damage sustained from Hurricane Ian are complete and we are renting again! Please note there is still ongoing construction at the Sand Pointe complex. We expect the pool and pool house open by August, 2026. Landscape will be installed during and after pool house construction. During the construction we have relaxed the Saturday check-in/check-out day restriction.
